Operations Specialist

Job title: Live Streaming & Family Operations Specialist - Online Karaoke App

Job Responsibilities

1. Live Streamer Management: Recruit, screen and manage local live streamers daily to build a quality streamer matrix. Engage streamers to address needs, resolve live broadcast issues promptly, and boost activity, retention and content quality.

2. Agency & Family Manager Management: Acquire and sign local agencies, ensure compliance, establish cooperation and assessment mechanisms, and optimize policies for efficiency. Liaise with family managers, build operation systems, and plan targeted activities to enhance cohesion, user stickiness and growth.

3. Operational Data Analysis: Use Excel to analyze core data of streamers, agencies and families, identify key pain points and growth opportunities, and deliver concise reports and actionable suggestions for strategy adjustments.

4. Cross-departmental Collaboration & Compliance: Coordinate with product, tech and marketing teams, relay local needs to facilitate product optimization and campaign rollouts. Enforce platform rules to ensure compliance and a healthy ecosystem.

5. Strategy Optimization: Refine strategies for streamers, agencies and families based on Thai culture and industry trends, improve efficiency and user experience, and support local market expansion.

Requirements

1. Identity & Education: Thai people, bachelor's degree or above.

2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (working language, full proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing) . Mandarin proficiency (independent coordination with Chinese headquarters) is a plus.

3. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in online live streaming, voice chat or karaoke app operations. Familiar with local industry, agency models and family management. Priority for candidates with local resources or proven track records in streamer incubation and agency/family management.

4. Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis (filtering, functions, charting). Data-driven problem-solver with strong logic, adept at streamlining workflows and optimizing strategies.

5. Core Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills. Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced work. Familiar with Thai entertainment culture, with keen industry insight. Compliance experience in online entertainment is preferred.
