Oracle Fusion Project Manager - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead and coordinate an enterprise-level Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation across functional, technical, business, vendor and implementation-partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution and governance

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies

• Coordinate Oracle Fusion functional and technical workstreams

• Manage implementation partners and third-party vendors

• Drive project governance, status reporting and steering committee updates

• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect tracking and business readiness

• Coordinate data migration and integrations

• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness and go/no-go activities

• Coordinate post-go-live hypercare and transition to AMS/support teams

• Track project scope, resources, change requests and commercial requirements

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication across business and technology teams

Mandatory Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience

Demonstrable Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation Project Management experience

Experience managing large enterprise ERP implementation projects

Strong experience in project governance and stakeholder management

Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors

Experience across implementation lifecycle – planning, execution, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile-Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred
