Organization Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of HR strategy, organization development, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate HR projects such as HRIS implementation, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and process improvement.
• Translate HR data into meaningful insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, track milestones, and drive project completion.
• Review and improve HR policies, workflows, and processes to support business growth.
• Support initiatives related to compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, and people analytics.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and decision-support materials.
• Act as a bridge between HR strategy and practical implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, PMO, Management Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience working on HR projects or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, HRIS, or people analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create timelines, track milestones, and follow through with stakeholders.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, resilient, hands-on, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
