Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Packaging Innovation Pipeline: Define and execute packaging innovation strategies aligned with BU R&D roadmaps and SeaChange® 2030 sustainability goals.
- Drive Best-in-Class Solutions: Design and launch packaging for new product designs using cutting-edge and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to deliver packaging innovations from prototype to full-scale production.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing team, foster a positive culture, and build succession plans for long-term success.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in packaging technologies, material sciences, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead innovation projects with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate globally.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and talent development.
- Fluent in English; global experience preferred.
