Role Description The Packaging Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing packaging operations for pharmaceutical and healthcare products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include developing and reviewing packaging designs, supporting packaging engineering projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and supply chain. The Packaging Specialist monitors packaging quality on the production floor, troubleshoots issues, maintains documentation and specifications, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves conducting research on new packaging materials and technologies to enhance product protection, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical skills in packing and operational packaging processes within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in packaging design, including layout, materials selection, and artwork review for regulated products.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of packaging engineering, with an understanding of equipment, processes, and optimization of packaging lines.
• Candidates should possess experience in quality control related to packaging, including inspections, documentation, and adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess research skills to evaluate new packaging solutions, materials, and technologies that improve product safety and efficiency.
• Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Packaging, Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Beneficial attributes include familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, strong attention to detail, proficiency with basic design or documentation software, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
