Job Description
You have made paid ads pay for a subscription product. Come test whether they can for ours.
About Pangia
Pangia is one eSIM that works in 127 countries with unlimited data, no roaming, no swapping SIMs, and now real phone numbers (UK, US and Australia live, Germany next) with calling and texting worldwide. Customers are long-term travellers, remote workers and expats. We are a small remote team, revenue-funded, and we have grown almost entirely through partnerships and word of mouth. Paid is the channel we have not cracked yet. The app is live on iOS and Android with a free trial.
What you will do
• Design and run small, fast paid tests across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit, targeting English-speaking travellers and expats in Europe, the Americas and low-cost destinations.
• Own creative briefs, landing pages and the tracking that makes the numbers trustworthy.
• Report cost per trial and cost per paid subscriber weekly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
• Work with the founder on the referral loop in the app so paid and organic feed each other.
What we look for
• You have run paid acquisition for a subscription or app product and can show us CAC, payback and what you changed to improve them.
• You are hands-on in the ad platforms and in the analytics. No agency layer.
• You write and brief creative yourself, and you are honest when a channel isn't working.
• Bonus: travel, telecom or fintech products, or experience with app-install campaigns and trial-to-paid funnels.
How we work
Remote, async-first, a few overlapping hours with Europe and the Americas. Small team, fast decisions. Budgets are modest and released against results, so you will need to be good at learning cheaply.
Compensation: contract or full-time, discussed with the shortlist. Ad budget is separate and grows with proven results.
How to apply: a short note answering one question: what is the cheapest paid subscriber you ever acquired, and how Plus a 3-minute Loom introducing yourself.
