People Development - MOU Partnership & Talent Programs

We are expanding our People Development Team and looking for talented professionals to join us in shaping learning, development, and talent initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

A special opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships with universities and developing future talent.

• Develop and manage University MOU partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
• Build strong relationships with universities, faculties, professors, and career centers.
• Develop and coordinate Campus Recruitment, University Engagement, Internship, Academy Program.
• Work with Business Units to identify future talent needs and connect them with relevant academic programs.
• Design university engagement activities, campus presentations, career events, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen partnerships to build a sustainable future talent pipeline.
• Track program outcomes and provide insights to improve university partnership and talent development strategies

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, People Development, Organization Development, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or related areas.
• Strong communication, coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, Business Units, and external partners.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
