Bring people strategy to life across Asia
Discova is looking for an experienced People Experience Leader to help shape and bring our people strategy to life across our Asian markets.
This is a hands-on regional role for a People & Culture professional who enjoys working closely with leaders, solving people challenges and turning strategy into action. You'll work across multiple countries and cultures, using your insight and experience to recommend and shape people strategies and initiatives, while working with local teams and senior leaders to create a consistent, engaging and high-performing employee experience.
Reporting to and partnering closely with Discova's Chief People & Purpose Officer, you'll play an important role in shaping and delivering our people agenda across the region. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and local People & Culture teams, bringing regional insight, challenging thinking and practical solutions to the people priorities that matter most.

What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnering: Advise the CEO and senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership capability.
- Talent & Development: Drive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs across Asia.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion Discova's values-led, inclusive, and high-performance culture while respecting local nuances.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment practices; manage complex employee relations cases.
- Sustainability & Inclusion: Lead initiatives in ESG, diversity, equity, and inclusion; embed sustainability into HR practices.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee HR systems, payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Workday) to deliver seamless people operations.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a regional People Experience team, fostering collaboration across markets.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior multi-market roles in Asia
- Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven success in multicultural, matrixed organizations
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Asia
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
- Inspirational leader with strong change management skills
- Culturally intelligent and adaptable across diverse markets
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%)
