Performance Marketing & SEO Manager B2B

Vimi is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to grow qualified inbound leads for B2B clients. This role suits someone who can personally manage paid campaigns, analyse results, and create or improve content for search.

Location and compensation

• Bangkok, Thailand — full-time, on-site

• Up to THB 50,000 gross per month, before social security deductions

• Applicants seeking remote work, or applicants who are not Thai citizens, may be considered as consultants if they can invoice through a legally registered company

Non-negotiable experience

• Strong evidence of personally managing and improving Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns

• Ability to create, edit and optimise English-language content for SEO

• Experience using campaign and website data to improve lead generation

What you will do

• Plan, launch and optimise paid search and social campaigns

• Monitor KPIs including qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead and website performance

• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and landing pages, then implement improvements

• Research keywords and search intent

• Write and optimise B2B website copy, articles, reports, newsletters and landing pages

• Coordinate work in WordPress and collaborate with Vimi's design and development team

• Report clearly on results, decisions and next steps

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience

• Demonstrable campaign ownership, including budgets, optimisation decisions and measurable results

• Practical SEO and English copywriting ability

• Professional working English

• B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred

• Google Analytics and WordPress experience are useful
