WhizzHR is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor budgets, performance, leads, and conversions
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
Support brand visibility and lead-generation initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / paid media
Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and online advertising
Understanding of performance metrics and optimization
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
