Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in paid media campaigns, and the ability to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for eCommerce/D2C brands
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing (eCommerce/D2C Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work from office in Navi Mumbai (Mandatory)
• Immediate joiners preferred
