Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, reservations, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen calls, manage emails, and assist with correspondence.
  • Support the executive in organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong command of English and Thai, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
