We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, reservations, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen calls, manage emails, and assist with correspondence.
- Support the executive in organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong command of English and Thai, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude.
