Mechanical Maintenance – Engineer / Senior Engineer / Plant Engineer

Work Location: Usai Forge Pvt Ltd, Narketpally, Nalgonda, Telangana

Salary: Rs. 5 – 6 LPA

Qualification & Experience:

· B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)

· Experience: Minimum 5 years in Mechanical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

· CNC & Systems Maintenance: Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, coolant systems, chip conveyors, tool changers, bar feeders.

· Forging Presses & Equipment: Maintain forging presses, nosing machines, trimming presses, induction heating systems, robotic handling, conveyors, die handling equipment, hydraulic power packs, cooling systems.

· Utilities: Ensure uninterrupted operation of compressors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, ETP/STP equipment.

· Plant Machinery: Maintain EOT cranes, chain hoists, and workshop machines and equipment.

· Installation & Commissioning: Support new machine installation, commissioning, and acceptance trials.

· Inspections & Inventory: Coordinate thirdparty inspections; manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment.

· Preventive Maintenance: Preventive maintenance scheduling for all the machines and equipment's and execution

· Mechanical Drawings: Interpret mechanical drawings to understand specifications and requirements. Prepare basic conceptual drawings as the foundation for developing detailed drawings.

· Emergency Repairs: Coordinate urgent repairs with production teams.

· Documentation & compliance: Maintain breakdown records, root cause analysis, compliance reports, and QMS documentation, ensuring adherence to ISO & Aerospace quality standards.

Skills Required

· Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance in forging/CNC environments.

· Ability to analyse failures and implement corrective measures.

· Proficiency in mechanical drawings.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.andling mechanical tools

§ Knowledge on QMS (Quality Management System implementation and compliance in line with ISO & Aerospace standards.

§ Preparation of records of departmental objectives and key performance indicators

§ Strong leadership, problem solving and communication abilities.

· Super vise and train team of maintenance engineers and technicians
