Platform Operations Engineer - KT

. Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. aligned with government policies and standards (e.g., IM8, Zero Trust)

. Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability

. Enable and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices

. Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management

. Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues

. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements

. Conduct change management to support operations and ensure governance compliance
