We are building Ost Infinity, a GenAI-powered cybersecurity anomaly detection platform leveraging real-time user metadata (IP, geolocation, packets, sessions) to detect abnormal behaviour using explainable AI models. Our platform is designed on an event-driven, scalable cloud-native architecture using Kafka, MongoDB, FastAPI, and advanced AI/ML pipelines deployed on Azure Blob Storage/AWS.
We're seeking a Principal Azure AD Infrastructure Architect and Software Engineer - Azure Blob Storage, to join our team. Joining in our pursuit to build novel capabilities for AI training and inferencing scenarios and reimagine storage for the AI era, you'll help shape how the world's data is stored, accessed, and managed at unprecedented scale.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate highly resilient distributed storage solutions serving millions of requests across global regions.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance service efficiency, reliability and performance delivering impactful results with minimal supervision.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Transform complex and ambiguous problems into clear, actionable technical solutions through cross-team collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Set technical direction by identifying and mitigating risks proactively, while ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of the systems.
- Drive ongoing improvements in software engineering processes and advocate for best practices across the team.
- Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure solutions
- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources and services
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Ensure security and compliance of cloud environments
- Collaborate with development and operations teams
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
- Document infrastructure designs and procedures
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C#, Java or Python OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in designing and developing products and services in large scale distributed systems.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed storage systems azure blob storage.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance API services.
- Strong skills in Infrastructure, Solution Architecture, and Architecture
- Proficiency in Networking and System Administration
- Extensive experience with Azure AD and Azure Blob Storage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus
- Understanding of data pipelines, access patterns, and frameworks of AI systems.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud backend development and operation, including performance, reliability, resilience, and scale-out.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., ARM, Terraform, Bicep)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud security best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C#, Java, or Python, OR master's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C#, Java, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
