Principal Engineer, System Architect
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the software architecture design for embedded software platforms, including AI enablement and development environments
- Conduct technology surveys in embedded software, artificial intelligence, cloud, and software development ecosystems
- Define system software concepts and architectures to support high-performance, multi-device SoCs
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations and drive innovation through prototyping and benchmarking
- Conduct performance benchmarking for applications, AI networks, and system-level critical software components
- Deliver and communicate architecture specifications to development teams and cross-functional stakeholders including hardware, system, and toolchain teams
- Collaborate with technology leadership to align architectural decisions with company strategy
