Process Engineer Junior Staff

Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support to improve KPI target or customer demand such as productivity, OEE, IDC,in manufacturing. (specific on testing processes)
• Technical support for machines and equipment (analysis and problem solving)
• Maintain ABS/ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly line and apply standardization with local and IPN team.
• Lead and support System CIP local and IPN for ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly line
• Coordinate with internal and global cross functional team. (especially on testing and programming process)
• Support to review PFMEA and control plan for HU assembly line.
• Support ECR for manufacturing.
• Support new model / new customer project / flexible release or relocation project.
• Support new MAE

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in manufacturing of automotive industry

• Good knowledge and experience using of IT Architecture in Manufacturing and CI

• Lead testing and programming process and technology in ESP9 and ABS10M HU Final assembly line

• Problem solving methods

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree with Electrical, Mechanical or mechatronics engineering background or related field

Special Skills

• General basic mechanical skill, pneumatic knowledge, Programming C++, Python, Assembly processes.

Language Proficiency Level

• Good English language (B2)
