At the Quality Department, we aim to ensure high-performance quality standards across our operations while driving continuous improvement to deliver reliable and safe products to our customers.
Mission
In This Role, You Will
- Lead quality performance within the assigned scope (business unit, process, or team) and continuously improve quality results
- Ensure application of quality standards and procedures defined for the field of activity
- Manage non-conformities, including analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and analytical approaches
- Collaborate closely with production, process engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality
Required
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Production, or related fields)
- 0 - 5 years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing environment (New graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of quality standards, process control, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good English communication proficiency
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Exposure to quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, continuous improvement methods) is a plus
