Job Summary

The Procurement Finance Manager serves as a trusted finance business partner to Procurement and Supply Chain teams, providing financial analysis, spend visibility, cost optimization insights, and governance support. The role partners closely with Procurement stakeholders to evaluate sourcing opportunities, monitor procurement expenditures, validate savings initiatives, and support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls. This position works closely with regional Procurement Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive procurement performance and create sustainable business value.

This role reports directly to the group Senior Manager - Procurement Finance based in Singapore and collaborates with Procurement and Finance stakeholders across Thailand and the region.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to Procurement leadership
• Deliver monthly executive reporting on procurement performance, savings, spend, and working capital metrics
• Provide financial guidance on strategic procurement initiatives
• Support business decision-making through scenario analysis, risk assessments, and financial evaluations
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and governance requirements
• Drive alignment between procurement objectives and enterprise financial goals
• Assist with initiatives to improve working capital (supplier financing etc)

Spend Management

• Monitor direct and indirect spending trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV), inflationary impacts, commodity exposures, and procurement performance (forecast accuracy etc)

Savings & Value Creation

• Ensure savings methodologies are standardized and consistently applied across business units
• Validate cost savings, supplier rebates, and productivity initiatives
• Manage governance processes for procurement savings and value delivery
• Partner with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure savings are accurately reflected in financial results

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field -
• 5-8 years of experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Experience in Procurement Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Costing, Manufacturing Finance, Commercial Finance, FMCG, Manufacturing, or External Audit will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, cost management, and supply chain operations is preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
