The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is a 2-year accelerated development journey designed to build our future talent pipeline. Through three structured rotations, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges, graduates will gain broad business perspectives and technical expertise while building impactful careers at Schneider Electric.

About the Role: Tender Engineer

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Schneider Electric's Digital Power solutions, including protection, control, power monitoring, and system architectures.
• Support the promotion and application of Digital Power system platforms by integrating hardware and software solutions into customer environments.
• Work closely with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and recommend optimized technical solutions.
• Assist in designing differentiated and value-driven architectures that meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Support demand generation activities by promoting Digital Power solutions to end users, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to ensure Schneider Electric solutions are specified and adopted in customer projects.
• Participate in technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer discussions to showcase the value of Schneider Electric's Digital Power portfolio.
• Develop expertise in combining hardware, software, and digital technologies into comprehensive energy management solutions.
