Product Development Manager

Petpal Products is a pet food manufacturer based in Saraburi, Thailand. With over 10 years experience in customising and developing products, we are devoted in supplying the needs of today's pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and responsible for the development of Pet Food, Snacks, Treats from starting to commercial production.

· Coordinate with oversea manufacturer and domestic manufacturer on developing of products

· Monitor market trends, technologies, innovations and research market insight in the pet food industry

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, customers to collect the information for develop new product and current product

· Develop new product and improve the current product to suit with the market situation

along with R&D team

· Prepare and control all product related documents

· Manage product development projects to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Science, Food Science, Food Technology, Veterinary Science, Chemistry, or related fields

· Experience in Pet Food, Snacks, Treats, product development or related fields

· Experience in team management and product development project management

· Strong knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and pet food quality standards

· Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Food Safety

· Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

· Strong leadership and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Experience in OEM/ODM or import/export of food business is an advantage

· Passion for pets and the pet industry is highly desirable.
