What You'll Do (Role Summary)
- Own endtoend product responsibility across billing & platform or app & payment experiences, working closely with engineering, finance, operations, and business teams
- Drive complex product domains including payment channels, billing flows, tax documentation, migration programmes, web app, My Account, marketing website, and payment journeys
- Lead integrations and optimization for Telco Bundle, Direct Carrier Billing, Credit Card (2C2P), PromptPay QR, 7Eleven cash, and recurring subscription flows
- Define clear product requirements (PRDs, API specifications, user stories), manage UAT, and deliver with internal teams and external vendors
- Use data, analytics, conversion funnels, A/B testing, and reconciliation analysis to prioritize improvements and deliver measurable business impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience owning complex consumer or platform products endtoend
- Handson experience in payment systems, billing platforms, fintech, ecommerce, subscription, or consumer digital products
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Datadriven mindset with experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, MoEngage) and A/B testing tools (e.g. Firebase, Optimizely)
- Proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) preferred, with experience in OTT, streaming, media, or telecommunications as a plus
