Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Product Manager to build and scale our Commercial Cards and SME Credit business. This end-to-end product ownership role sits at the intersection of payments, credit, data and technology. You will identify SME customer pain points, design compelling card and financing propositions, build the business case, lead cross-functional delivery, and use data to continuously optimise performance.
What You Will Own
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance.
- Build and scale digital solutions across commercial cards, virtual cards, business payments, credit, and embedded finance.
- Use customer, transaction, and credit data to drive growth, optimise portfolio performance, and improve customer outcomes.
- Own product economics, including revenue, profitability, acquisition costs, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Partner closely with Technology, Data, Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate SME customer needs into simple, impactful, and differentiated products.
- Present product strategy, business cases, and performance insights to senior leadership and the C-suite.
What We Are Looking For
- Comes with 5-10 or more years of experience across fintech, payments, cards, SME banking, lending or financial-services product management.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore SME ecosystem and SME financing and payment needs.
- Experience in commercial or corporate cards, SME lending, working-capital products or payments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical capability and a track record of using data to make product and commercial decisions.
- Strong Excel and data-visualization skills SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools are advantageous.
- Sound understanding of product economics, including revenue, funding costs, credit losses, acquisition costs and profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and present confidently to C-suite executives.
