Product Manager Data Center Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop MBT's Data Center thermal management product portfolio, including Chillers, Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) and Liquid Cooling solutions.
• Develop product strategy, product positioning and roadmap based on Thailand Data Center market requirements.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitors, pricing and technology developments.
• Identify product gaps and coordinate with regional/HQ Product and R&D teams to develop suitable solutions for the Thailand market.
• Provide product and technical support to Sales, Application Engineering and Project teams.
• Support product selection, technical proposals, specifications and solution development for Data Center projects.
• Visit customers and project sites as required to understand technical requirements, site conditions and project needs, and support solution development.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders on product and technical requirements.
• Develop product presentations, technical documentation, sales tools and competitive comparisons.
• Conduct product and solution training for Sales teams, partners and customers.
• Support new product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance, sales performance and market feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, After-Sales, Marketing and regional teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, HVAC, Data Center Cooling or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center cooling systems such as Chillers, Precision Air Conditioning, Chilled Water Systems and/or Liquid Cooling.
• Understanding of Data Center infrastructure and mission-critical applications.
• Experience in technical solution development, product selection, specifications or project support is preferred.
• Strong analytical, product planning and project coordination skills.
• Able to translate technical requirements into practical commercial and product solutions.
• Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel to customer and project sites as required.
• Good command of English.
