Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and technical AI Product Owner to lead the development of our AI-driven products and features. You will serve as the bridge between data science, engineering, and business teamsdefining product roadmaps, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the delivery of innovative AI solutions that drive value for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the AI product roadmapprioritize features and initiatives aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to build scalable, ethical, and high-impact AI products.
• Translate business requirements into product features and Identify area of improvement using GenAI.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI functionalities.
• Ensure AI products meet usability, performance, interpretability, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect feedback and iterate on AI features post-launch.
• Track KPIs, model performance metrics, and business impact to inform product decisions.
• Advocate for responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends and technologies to guide future product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a focus on AI, ML, or data-driven products.
• Solid understanding of product development life cycle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business language.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML , RAG, STT/TTS, GenAI models.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Understand design thinking methodology.
• Experience designing API services
