We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable individual with product development expertise to join our team as a Full-Time Product Owner who prioritizes product features and functionality to deliver maximum performance for end users. Evaluate the work generated by a software Scrum team. Salary up to 60K.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Manager to align the product strategy, direction, and roadmap for the development team.
- Curate and distribute all the information the team needs to create a great product, including the business requirements, customer journey, customer experience, and technical limitations.
- Coordinate and communicate with the development team to ensure everyone is aligned and follows the product strategy, value, and vision.
- Prioritize and manage product feature backlog to align with the product roadmap and goals.
- Define the development roadmap for the Scrum team to achieve the product strategy or goal.
- Evaluate the work generated for the development team, including the resources and timeline.
- Scheduled and led meetings to identify product issues, determined roadmaps for products, and managed daily goals and schedules to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a similar relevant field
- 3 Years of experience as a Product Owner
- 3 years of experience at a management level with the IT project development
- Have experience and knowledge with Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver a common goal
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
- Team player and Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
