Product Owner

Role summary:

When you apply for Product owner Position who is responsible to build/design/develop business

capabilities and transform KKP products and services to serve customers through digital channels, work with cross-functional teams to launch product releases, ensure product release to deliver on time and also improve customer experiences

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Build/design/develop business capabilities and transform KKP products and services to serve

customers through digital channels

• Own/prepare business activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams in KKP to manage

and launch product releases on time

• Understand and analyze customer needs, align product roadmap to strategic goals and ensure

customer experience improvement

• Research and analyze market, the users, and product roadmaps to compete in financial

industry

• Develop appropriate customer journey and detailed specifications for product features as well

as business flows/diagrams for the development team to clearly understand

• Collaborate with call center team, app support team and IT team to investigate and solve

issues on digital channels

• Collaborate with development team, UXUI designer team and tester team to ensure quality of

minimum viable product (MVP) prior to product release

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related
• Have experience in product owner, business analyst or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal skill and administrative skill
• Good analytical skill and acumen in business logic
• Proactive attitude and self-motivate
• Good communication and active listening skill
• Contribution to work and can work under pressure
• Understand and experience with Agile methodology is advantage
