· Own mobile journeys spanning property discovery, project and unit exploration, lead capture, enquiry, sales follow-up, customer onboarding, documentation, handover, payments, service requests, community services, notifications, and ongoing owner engagement where applicable.

· Ensure the mobile portfolio supports the distinct needs of buyers, owners, residents, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders while maintaining consistent customer data and experiences across web, CRM, ERP, contact centre, and physical sales channels.

· Work with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Customer Happiness, Handover, Property Management, Community Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve journey gaps and prioritize high-value mobile use cases.

· Maintain personas, journey maps, service blueprints, pain points, hypotheses, and mobile experience principles; validate solutions through research, prototype testing, usability studies, app reviews, feedback, and behavioural data.

· Champion intuitive navigation, responsive and accessible mobile design, localization, clear content, effective notifications, privacy, and consistent application of COMPANY brand and design standards.

Demand, Backlog and Mobile Release Management:

· Own the mobile product backlog and maintain a transparent, prioritized pipeline of features, enhancements, defects, technical enablers, platform upgrades, security remediation, analytics needs, and operational fixes.

· Define clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, mobile interaction requirements, supported device and OS expectations, non-functional requirements, and measurable outcomes.

· Lead discovery, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives with business analysts, UX/UI designers, architects, React Native engineers, backend and API teams, QA, DevOps, and delivery partners.

· Prioritize D1 and D2 enhancements within available capacity and develop business cases, estimates, dependencies, and delivery plans for larger D3 initiatives or separately funded projects.

· Own business readiness and user acceptance, coordinate business testers, approve release content, and ensure defects, dependencies, training, communications, support procedures, and rollback plans are addressed before launch.

· Govern iOS and Android release readiness, app-store submissions, phased rollouts, compatibility, mandatory upgrades, production deployment, and hypercare in line with approved policies and supported platforms.

· Coordinate integrations with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, enterprise middleware, WordPress or other content platforms, payment gateways, digital identity, DocuSign, marketing tools, and analytics services; ensure ownership of dependencies and data-quality issues.

· Define and enforce non-functional requirements for app start-up and response time, API latency, availability, crash-free sessions, security, privacy, accessibility, device and OS compatibility, battery and network efficiency, observability, and maintainability.

· Work with technical teams to maintain effective CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, deployment controls, app-store signing and release procedures, rollback approaches, coding standards, documentation, and secure development practices.

· Use Firebase, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, approved analytics platforms, and other monitoring tools to track crashes, errors, application and API performance, availability, customer journeys, and release impact.

Operations and Partner Service Governance:

· Act as the accountable product owner for mobile service outcomes and govern Cognizant and other partners delivering functional analysis, UX/UI, mobile and backend development, QA, DevOps, monitoring, support, and release services.

· Ensure mobile incidents, service requests, performance degradation, integration failures, app-store issues, and recurring defects are prioritized and resolved through the agreed L1.5, L2, and L3 support model and ITSM processes.

· Review SLA and KPI performance, ticket trends, root-cause analyses, problem records, release quality, support volumes, knowledge articles, partner capacity, and continuous-improvement actions.

· Provide product leadership during priority incidents affecting buyers, owners, residents, sales teams, or senior stakeholders; coordinate communications, approve acceptable workarounds, and drive permanent resolution.

·

Analytics, Adoption and Stakeholder Leadership:

· Define the mobile measurement framework, including acquisition, activation, monthly active users, journey conversion, retention, feature adoption, task completion, funnel drop-off, crash-free sessions, performance, app ratings, and customer satisfaction.

· Use analytics, experimentation, app-store feedback, user research, service data, and market insight to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, optimize journeys, and demonstrate product value.

· Plan product adoption, launch communications, user education, sales and service enablement, and feedback loops so new mobile capabilities achieve their intended business and customer outcomes.

· Maintain an executive view of roadmap progress, delivery confidence, realized benefits, adoption, customer outcomes, operational health, material risks, and decisions required.

· Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, balancing urgent commercial needs with customer trust, platform health, security, architectural integrity, and long-term product sustainability.

Skills and Abilities:

· Proven ability to define mobile product vision and roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, lead Agile delivery, govern releases, drive adoption, and measure value realization for customer-facing applications.

· Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android product delivery, React Native, mobile UX patterns, APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, integrations, CI/CD, application security, analytics, monitoring, and live operations.

· Practical understanding of React Native, Java Spring Boot, Node.js or .NET, SQL, Azure or AWS, headless CMS, Firebase, enterprise integration patterns, and app-store release processes; hands-on coding is not required, but technical depth is essential.

· Strong understanding of mobile UX research, prototyping, accessibility, localization, push notifications, deep linking, app performance, crash analytics, experimentation, and adoption management.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Product Management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
