Product & Pricing Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Analyze complex demographic, premium, and claims data to optimize product pricing performance.
• Build, maintain, and automate financial pricing models, quote engines, and premium tables.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to manage daily data routines and design standardized analysis templates.
• Partner and negotiate pricing frameworks, plan designs, and renewals with external insurers.
• Collaborate with regional data teams to develop automated reporting tools and dashboards.
• Manage high-volume workloads and delivery timelines effectively during seasonal peak periods.

Who you are:

• English Proficiency:Fluency in English is extremely important. You must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking to successfully negotiate and present complex data concepts to cross-functional, regional teams.
• Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for heavy data modeling and automation templates. Prior exposure to systems like QlikSense is highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: Strong technical and numerical background within the insurance sector for at least 5 years. Health insurance or IPMI experience is an advantage but not mandatory if you have deep analytical capabilities.
• Qualifications: Strong numerical, analytical, and solution-oriented capabilities.
