Job Description
What You Will Do
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end innovation process, from idea exploration to solution testing.
- Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes using no-code tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow, Bubble) or simple code.
- Help design and run creative experiments with users from our 2M+ community.
- Participate in user research and interviews to gather deep insights with empathy.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide next steps.
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience building prototypes with code or no-code tools (Figma, Miro, Bubble, Webflow, Glide, HTML/CSS, etc.). Portfolio or project examples are a plus.
- Strong interest in market research, product design, and social impact.
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for financial inclusion and technology for good.
- Hands-on experience in a real-world innovation project with social impact.
- The opportunity to test new concepts with a large live user base.
