What you'll do:

Tumble Dryers (TD) Functionality Team Leade develops the design of new products or subsystems in terms of performance, software parameter definition, and functionalities, leading Functionality and Performance teams.

Define consumer cycles and ensuring product performance robustness, in line with company policies, applying a statistical approach and appropriate safety margins.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define TD functionality in accordance with:
• Project targets and specifications
• Functional requirements
• Innovation level
• Apply and maintain TD functionality procedures and related test manuals
• Ensure continuous improvement
  
  

In detail, you will:

• Guarantee TD product development according to specifications in line with project targets
• Department budgeting
• Lead TD System Functionality team based in Rayong
• Define and actively support the personal growth of the TD System Functionality organization
• Ensure integration of TD System Functionality with Technology Functionality team and Validation and Compliance teams
• Guarantee test plan execution in terms of resource allocation, timing and results accuracy according to internal and external standards and procedures
• Ensure troubleshooting capabilities on root cause analysis
• Apply test procedures and methodology to improve technology quality and speed up projects testing
• Support Laboratory organization to define test plan (e.g. resources allocation, equipment, costs)
• Be actively part of Product Development together with R&D partners and stakeholder
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in R&D lab environment or R&D product development, preferably tumble dryer or washing machine product
• Advanced ability on analytical thinking and proactive behaviour being attractive by multicultural and agile environment
• Strong experience with laboratory testing design and execution and application of statistical approach on testing methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals
• Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills
