Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Lead and manage production operators, maintenance personnel, and external contractors.
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, utilities, and building facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production, mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in safe and good working condition.
Plan and execute facility upgrades, production line improvements, and engineering projects.
Drive continuous improvement, energy-saving, and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, budgets, and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
Proactively identify and address potential safety, operational, and compliance issues.
Prepare and maintain production, maintenance, engineering, and EHS reports and records.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies, including NEA, SCDF, SPF, and other relevant agencies when required.
Support quality and process improvement initiatives through SPC, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
Train, coach, and guide team members to improve productivity, technical competency, and safety awareness.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Working Day: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days)

Working Day/ Time : Mon-Fri: 8.30 am to 6pm, Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
