Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily bioplastic production operations to achieve productivity and KPI targets.
- Ensure efficient operation and preventive maintenance of extrusion machines, equipment, and spare parts.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with ISO, GHP, and company quality standards.
- Lead and develop production teams, including supervisors and operators, to drive safety, productivity, and performance.
- Manage raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods inventory through SAP systems.
- Control production waste, non-conformities, and process efficiency using SAP and production monitoring systems.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, QA/QC, R&D, and HR teams to support smooth plant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on yield, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SCADA,twin-screw extrusion operation and maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in plastics, compounds, bioplastics, or related manufacturing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production and processing equipment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
