The Mighty is seeking for a highly dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Manager. This position is based in Ayutthaya, Thailand and will report to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

Establish production targets, oversee production planning, monitor customer demand forecasts, review inventory levels. Ensure production processes deliver quality products and on-time delivery according to customer requirements.
Develop production management plans and operational methods, provide consultation, and conduct training to ensure employees understand and comply with Management System requirements.
Monitor and review production performance while continuously improving manufacturing processes to comply with standards and production plans.
Optimize the utilization of personnel, machinery, and equipment involved in production processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
Implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities and monitor effectiveness.
Be responsible for external communication regarding outsourced operations and subcontractors.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate and provide technical support for new product development with Sales and R&D.
Coordinate and support development of outsourcing partners, subcontractors and OEM manufacturers.
Provide technical knowledge and expertise to internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Sciences, Food Technology, Engineering or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in Food manufacturing or related industries.
Direct experiences in food industries with strong background for GHP.,HACCP,FSSC 22000, HALAL and BRC standard.
Safety mind with experiences in safety management system e.g. JSA, Safety Risk assessment, KYT.
Bring solution to the table, Nor problems with strong logical thinking for problems solving.
Project management skill with proven projects achievement evidence.
Good communication & interpersonal skill.
English skills for communication is a must.
