About the role

Work Location Bangpoo - Bangkok

Reporting to Production Manager

Key responsibilities

• Able controlling full function of production staffs.
• Able to provide a working knowledge or training program to staffs as plan.
• Able to maintain production quality system relate to work of Production staff such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQMS, OHSAS14001, etc. GMP , HACCP, BRC, SQMS, ISO140012015, 450012018
• Able to control and monitor CCP in production line CCP
• Able to control and monitor daily output and production time to meet production planned
• Able to control production planned and generate Batch Sheet for production. Batch Sheet
• Able to control and monitor process and product quality on production line to meet quality specification
• Able to maintain and monitor the production efficiency, yield-loss, attainment, first time quality as company target.
• Able to control and manage the level of remaining products (Green box) and raw materials for IP (Blue box) (Green box) IP ()
• Able to monitor cleanliness at working area and all equipment.
• Able to control workplace & activity on safe
• Able to work at night shift
  
  

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in business. 1-2
• Ability to work in a team with management team and team members
• Able have the time managing skills to handle deadlines for produce the special orders
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team
• Develop strategies with the team to work smart and efficiently.
  
  

Competencies Required

• Strong planning and analytical skills to anticipate or troubleshoot any issues during production
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills in order to lead the staff successfully
• Must be able to motivate others.
• Must be able to formulate smart and efficient ways of working – always seeking out opportunities to improve equipment, processes, procedures, methods, etc. –
• Must be able to communicate effectively at both management and operator level
