Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and lead the production team, including operators and technicians, to achieve production targets and minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality control, and operational procedures according to company and regulatory standards.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure raw materials are adequately available and used efficiently in the process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, product quality, and waste reduction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of automated food processing machinery, process controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in printing production is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in production planning, data analysis, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good command of English.
• High flexibility; able to work based on Shift Rotation.
