Position : Production Supervisor / Production Manager (Fabrication) Salary : 70,000 - 100,000 Location : Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolving problems related to machinery, equipment, or staffing.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards regarding product quality, safety, and environmental practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a factory management.
- Experience in CNC, Metal stamping, cutting and etc.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Be able to work at Pluak Daeng, Rayong
- Proficiency in English
