Program Development Intern E3 Education

E3 Education is looking for a Program Development Intern to work directly with the founder on the development of its first executive education program.

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new program from initial concept to a structured V1.

Your Mission

Your work will focus on three main areas:

1. Market Research & Benchmark

• Research executive education and career-transition programs
• Benchmark competitors, formats, pricing, positioning, websites and best practices
• Identify key market trends and opportunities

2. Persona & Positioning

• Help define the target audience and key customer needs
• Structure the main pain points and expectations
• Support the definition of the program's value proposition and differentiation

3. Program Development

• Work with the founder to structure the program
• Help organize modules, objectives, exercises and supporting materials
• Prepare a clear first version of the program and its presentation

Key Milestones

By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to:

• A structured market and competitor benchmark
• A clear target persona and value proposition
• The first structured version of the E3 Education program
• A final presentation and recommendation package
