Program Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Are you an experienced Program Manager, Project Manager, NPI Manager, or Engineering Leader looking to join a global aerospace manufacturing environment

We are partnering with a leading international aerospace manufacturing company based in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi, seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs and drive cross-functional project execution from concept through delivery.

• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales
• Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) and quality performance
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and cost tracking
• Review and communicate customer requirements across the organization
• Support supplier selection and commercial negotiations
• Drive successful execution of new programs and product launches
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or NPI
• Experience within: Aerospace manufacturing or Precision industrial manufacturing indusry
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Familiar with project scheduling, budgeting, costing, and cross-functional coordination
• Good command of English for customer and internal communication
