About the Role

Take ownership of project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project. The Project Control Manager (PCM) works closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report on project controls, progress measurement, and expenditure - playing a critical role in delivering the project on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting
Apply risk management, expenditure control, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle
Report Earned Value (EV) measurement of progress across design, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning
Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual, financial, and operational requirements

Job Requirements

At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry
Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Demonstrable experience working in a digital engineering and construction delivery environment
