Project Coordinator Carpentry / Interior Fit-Out

We are a construction trade company doing carpentry, interior fit-out and related works.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with carpentry experience to support our carpentry team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination.
• Coordinate carpentry fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Follow up on site progress and work schedules.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and main contractors.
• Check drawings and site measurements.
• Follow up on materials, deliveries and installation dates.
• Attend site inspections and follow up on rectification works.
• Report site issues and progress to the Project Manager.
• Assist with material requirements, measurements and project documents.
• Coordinate shop drawings, samples and material submissions when required.
• Make sure works follow the drawings and site requirements.
• Keep proper project and site records.
• Make sure the site is properly maintained and safe.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, carpentry or interior fit-out.
• Carpentry experience is preferred.
• Familiar with carpentry fabrication and installation.
• Able to read architectural and carpentry drawings.
• Good understanding of construction site work.
• Able to coordinate with workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Singapore construction experience preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
