Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate, manage resources, personnel & execute project works within the designated time frame
Accountable for checking and supervising site works
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
Monitor the progress of project schedule
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
At least 2 year (s) of relevant working experience in site coordination work
Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor and Working-at-Heights Supervisor certificate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess Class 3 driving license
