Role and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define project scope, budget, and timelines. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation and commissioning.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for cost reduction.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct technical and financial analysis (ROI/Payback period) for new equipment or process upgrades.
• AnalysisEngineering work; Identify the loss for Engineering team for the ways of improvement
• CAPEX Control: Manage CAPEX spending, Tracking and justify new investment to ensure project stays with financial target.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in project engineering, manufacturing analysis, or process improvement.
• Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications.
• Good English both written and spoken.
• Engaging personality with ability to build proactive Operation culture and work with diverse teams.
• Working under pressure.
• Can communicate in Thai.

Preferred Skills

• Cost Estimation: Accuracy in estimating labor, materials, and contingency costs for large-scale engineering projects.
• Drawing reading for 2D and 3D.
• Risk Mitigation: Ability to perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) on project timelines and budgets.
• Project Tools: MS Project.
