Job Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects.
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors on project matters.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions, and technical documentation.
Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site resources.
Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
Ensure all P&S installations comply with PUB, BCA, and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments is preferred.
Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
