Project Engineer

Currently, we are supporting International FMCG manufacturing based in Chonburi, Thailand. They are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support new plant setup, production line installation, and expansion projects within a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and control new plant CAPEX projects including CAPEX budget, project schedule, and project progress.
• Lead end-to-end engineering projects for new production lines, from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Familiar Manage Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring minimal disruption to existing production.
• Oversee integration of utilities including Power, Steam, Compressed Air, and other food-grade utility systems.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and civil contractors to ensure compliance with technical requirements and EHS standards.
• Maintain engineering documentation including P&IDs, equipment layouts, AutoCAD drawings, and technical manuals.
• Execute capital projects. Recommend resourcing (people, cost, timings) requirements to enable the delivery of the identified business goals.
• Manage Capital and Engineering expense commitments for all capital projects. Work within the S&OP+ framework for decision making. Responsible for delivering against project budgets and working within spend authorization guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Engineering experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, or high-speed manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with new plant setup, production line installation, or major expansion projects.
• Good knowledge of automated packaging systems, conveyors, machinery, and industrial utilities.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers, contractors, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Fluent in English communication ana familiar with multinational team
