Project Engineer/Senior Engineer

Work Location: Phan Thong, Chonburi

Working Days: 5 days per week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead and direct cross functional team in program execution.

2) Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in production.

3) Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met.

4) Actively follow-on new project development

5) Organization improvement and strategy planning

6) Managing the effective implementation of new product transfer methodology in the company.

7) Handling product launch aspects to ensure all target indicators are met.

8) Managing integrated project teams, including sub-contractors to ensure successful new product launch meeting all target indicators.

9) Monitoring the status of new projects and ensuring the effective execution of projects in line and adhering to the defined transfer methodology. Ensure new projects ramp up plans are properly identified, executed, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders

10) Data collection and analysis to refine and improve BOMs accuracy

11) Liaise with customer to understand customer's requirements, timeline for NPI.

12) New program or ECN management and coordination to deliver NPI according to customer's requirement and timeline.

13) Coordinate with subcon, tool maker, purchasing, production etc for NPI preparation and execution.

14) Plan, update Gantt chart and monitor NPI builds to ensure NPI timeline meet.

15) Lead and track all NPIs builds/mold trials issues, follow up and close systematically.

16) Prepare, review and consolidate PPAP/First Article Reports for customer's approval.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, General Management, Business Administration or related field.

2) At least 3-5 years of experience in new model projects in plastic manufacturing

3) Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

4) Excellent communication in English and Chinese will be advantaged
