Job Description

Drive fundraising and financing activities for large-scale business and project investments.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project performance, investment returns, and strategic scenarios.
Assess business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying financial risks and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with financial institutions to secure competitive funding structures and financing solutions.
Review, negotiate, and monitor financing arrangements, including loan utilisation, repayment schedules, and covenant requirements.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and investment materials for senior management, lenders, and key stakeholders.
Support strategic business planning through detailed financial analysis and forecasting.
Monitor market trends, financing options, and capital market developments to recommend appropriate funding strategies.
Manage credit facilities and financing instruments, including project finance, working capital facilities, trade finance, and related funding solutions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and financing agreement conditions.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Finance Manager Should Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, or Lending.
Strong capability in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
Good command of English communication, both written and spoken.
