Project Management Officer

The Project Management Officer role leads the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through to completion. Based near BTS Ploenchit in Bangkok and offering a hybrid working arrangement, the position coordinates project timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholders to support delivery to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
• Define project scope, objectives, key deliverables, and success criteria
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee on-site vendor operations
• Act as the primary liaison between project engineers, customers, and other stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in IT project management involving network or system projects
• Proven experience in end-to-end project planning, scope and schedule control, risk management, vendor operations, and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Strong documentation skills, including the preparation of process flows
• Good English communication skills for working with international colleagues and stakeholders
