Identify, analyze and drive areas for process improvement across regional and local teams and all markets that we operate in
Drive productivity and efficiency through operational optimization and best practices
Support the development and alignment of SOPs, benchmarks, and performance targets
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking
Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting
Support strategic initiatives, operating models, and corporate development

Requirements

Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by Aug 2027
Strong interest in project management and process improvement
Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to support decision-making
Team player who enjoys working with people from different functions or countries
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
