Project Manager (2 Years Contract)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee project feasibility studies and ensure compliance with technical standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful management of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for various projects and obtain necessary quotations and funding approvals. Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant authority requirements and recognized standards. Supervise construction stages and perform inspections upon project completion. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing completed works. Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building/Project Management or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management. Familiarity with the submission process for building plans to local authorities for approval. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficient in the MS Office Suite. Demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and an ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills. Work schedule consists of a 5-day work week.
